澳大利亚AMCG矿业公司在几内亚Koumbia铝土矿项目计划2020年底投产出矿

    4月11日， 澳大利亚AMCG矿业公司发布投标资格预审公告，就几内亚Koumbia铝土矿项目的公路运输， 邀请有公路运输铝土矿实力的企业提交资格预审资料。   

2018年，澳大利亚AMCG矿业公司（La Société Alliance Mining Commodities Guinée AMCG)在几内亚博凯大区Gaoual省获得一处铝土矿开采权。

2018年8月初，几内亚地矿部长马嘉苏巴与澳大利亚AMCG矿业公司（La Société Alliance Mining Commodities Guinée AMCG)签署了关于开采Koumbia铝土矿的《采矿权基础协议》第2号修订补充协议。

澳大利亚AMCG矿业公司获得了铝土矿区块名称为Koumbia。

Koumbia铝土矿位于几内亚BOKE大区Gaoual省，距离首都科纳克里220公里。

矿区地块面积为728平方公里；铝土矿储量为2.53亿吨，三水二铝Al2O3平均含量为48％。

根据澳大利亚AMCG矿业公司与几内亚地矿部签署的《矿业协议》，澳方公司承诺：

前5年累计投资6.7亿美元;

为矿区当地社会经济发展的贡献金比例为1％。即澳大利亚AMCG公司承诺将每年营业额的1%用于几内亚矿区地方社会经济发展。

在Rio Nunez 内河上修建一个内河港口

建设一条108公里长公路，使用重型卡车将铝土矿从矿区运输到Rio Nunez内河码头，装上驳船，驳船沿着Rio Nunez内河进入到大西洋、行驶到远海，然后转泊到停泊在深海的大型散装船。

在施工阶段创造约1200个直接就业岗位，项目启动后创造700个固定岗位。

按照澳大利亚AMCG矿业公司的可研报告和实施方案，计划2019年第三季度开工建设基础设施，工期15-20个月，计划于2020年第四季度投产出矿，年开采1100万吨铝土矿。

 À PROPOS DES PRODUITS MINIERS ALLIANCE GUINEA SA

AMCG développe le projet de bauxite de Koumbia et envisage actuellement d’en extraire 11 millions de tonnes par an pour une exploitation débutant au quatrième trimestre / 2020. Le projet est situé dans le nord-ouest de la République de Guinée. Il est prévu que les travaux de construction du projet débutant au troisième trimestre de 2019 dureront entre 15 et 20 mois.

Koumbia Bauxite

The Koumbia Bauxite Project is located in the Gaoaul Prefecture in the north west of Guinea in West Africa, approximately 220km north of the capital Conakry, in one of the world’s premier bauxite producing regions.

The Koumbia Project provides the Company with the opportunity to realise the value of the World Class Koumbia Mineral Resource, a highly attractive resource given:

It is one of the world’s largest undeveloped, high grade and direct shipping bauxite deposits held outside of the existing major industry players;

It has a high in-situ value (based on its high available Alumina content, low reactive silica and high VIU for existing refineries) compared with other bauxite projects globally;

The Feasibility and Engineering Study proposes simple, accepted and common approaches with respect to mining and logistics (both within Guinea and within the broader mining industry);

It is one of the very few global bauxite projects that has received all material regulatory and environmental approvals enabling a fast pathway to development.

The Company considers it has undertaken sufficient exploration and study activities to justify the technical and commercial merit of the project, and the attractiveness of the product quality has underpinned the Company’s assessment of the economic and commercial viability of the project.

The development plan for the project comprises:

Establishment of a 5.5Mwtpa mining operation using surface miners;

Construction of a 108km dedicated haul road, and the utilization of high capacity trucks to transport bauxite to port;

Construction of a port on the river Rio Nuñez loading into barges; and

Trans-shipping operations loading Cape Class Vessels for export to world markets.

The proposed development is supported by a high-grade Ore Reserve of 253Mt at 48 Al2O3 drawn from Mineral Resources of 2.1Bt at 43.5 Al2O3. With a large endowment of Mineral Resources to draw from, the reserve is expected to increase significantly upon completion of additional in-fill drilling.
